Cancellation Policy: We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is requested when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Preparation before appointment: You should have accomplished any assigned home therapy.
Hygiene: You should be clean. You should shower (bathe) if your appointment is after a strenuous physical activity.
Intoxication: Session will be cancelled, and you will be charged for the session,
Eating prior to appointment: Please allow at least 1 hour (after eating) before each session.
Sexual impropriety: Sexual language, behavior, or innuendo will not be tolerated. If an occurrence takes place the session will end immediately and you will be charged full price.
Late Arrival: Session can be extended or, if that is not possible, session can be rescheduled.
Preparation before appointment: I will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to appointment time to set up equipment.
Hygiene: I will be showered and clean.
