Acupressure Therapy - Derived from acupuncture, Acupressure is a method that uses physical pressure applied to acupuncture points throughout the body. It works to re-balance your chi, relieve tension, and improve your overall health.
AromaTouch - Using doTerra essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems in your body. Reduces physical and emotional stressors, supports healthy emotional and physiological functions, and provides a grounding experience.
Burn Scar Massage - Massage oil is used with smooth, gliding strokes, rolling friction and cross frictional strokes on specific scar tissue. Using a combination of several different strokes to assist in repairing the body's epidermis, fascia, ligaments, tendons, and muscles.
Chair Massage - Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used. Smooth gliding strokes or firm but gentle pressure is applied to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits.
Craniosacral Therapy - Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch to your head, neck, and the base of your spine. I find and release tensions in the cranial sacral system using specifically designed non-intrusive techniques to improve the cranial sacral fluid flow through out the body. Your neck, back, and hips will feel more relaxed and balanced.
Deep Tissue Massage - Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue (fascia). It helps to improve range of motion and heal muscle and tendon injuries.
Injury & Rehabilitation Massage - Combination of passive stretching and several massage techniques to address injuries. Different massage strokes and techniques will be used to assist the mind in healing the body's injured fascia, ligaments, muscles, and/or tendons.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) - This massage technique is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph system. The lymphatic fluid is carried away from the tissues back toward the heart. This puts the fluid from the lymph system into the circulatory system allowing the proper organs to filter and dispose the waste through normal bodily functions.
Pregnancy & Post Pregnancy Swedish Massage - Pregnant clients require using a side line position for massage. Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. This variation of the classic Swedish massage is perfect for pregnancy and it will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Oncology Massage - A soothing massage technique to calm the central nervous system to help the body reach a state of relaxation and allow the mind to reduce pain, anxiety, nausea, depression, and fatigue. As a part of the complete oncology medical and care-giving team, the oncology massage can be provided in a hospital bed, chair, wheel chair, personal bed, and massage table; always working with the client's clothing requirements. Special considerations and techniques are provided for post surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. The duration and frequency of the massage sessions can be adjusted to accommodate individual needs

Sports Massage - Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly beneficial for those with active lifestyles to help stretch their muscles and tendons, allowing for greater flexibility and strength.
Structural Bodywork Therapy - Using deep pressure and active stretching of muscles and body tissue, with minimal lotion or oil in order to maximize the effect of the pressure. This technique incorporates exercises to re-pattern the muscle position and movement to correct posture and movement for a healthier body.
